Antonia made this experience so comfortable for us arriving late in the day, in a new town with a language barrier- she welcomed us with great communication and helped us with everything we could’ve asked for along the way all week!
The home was much larger than we needed, but it was nice to have the space. He dried my coffee on the roof patio each morning and the view is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is in the kitchen and functioning well. The beds are so cozy with lots of extra blankets. The only issue was not being able to turn the heat up as much as we would’ve liked-the way the home is constructed and shaded from sun, It’s very chilly even on sunny days.
That being said, we understood the reason we were out most of the day anyway. The home is in the perfect location. It feels private and peaceful, and we absolutely loved the walk up the hill of the center of where everything we needed was located.
Antonia helped us with dinner reservations and was so kind!

My host in Spoleto was very helpful. She met me at the train station and drove me to the apartment. Part of my luggage was lost at the airport in Rome, and Antonia helped me recover by taking me shopping for replacements that I needed. My suitcase did turn up six days later, thanks to Antonia's continued help and concern. The apartment is well furnished and comfortable, and is located very near Piazza Mercato, the centre of Spoleto.I had a great time exploring the town and visiting nearby places in Umbria.

Antonia’s apartment is charming! It’s very comfortable, spacious & relaxing. It has everything we needed, close to sights, restaurants and shops. It has a great view of the mountains from the very private terrace.
Antonia herself is a delight, very generous, kind & thoughtful. She is very knowledgeable about what to see, do, & where to eat in Spoleto. We were so pleased to meet Antonia and stay at her lovely apartment. We felt right at home, and we would love to return someday. Highly recommend by Julie

Utterly breathtaking. This apartment is absolutely magical with its rooftop terrace and its views of the little St. Peter's church, its dark wood interior and touches of history including a real spinning wheel! Antonia is the most incredible hostess you would ever hope for. Spoleto is the most beautiful little town, away from the hustle of city life. The people of Spoleto are wonderful and friendly. The food is fantastic. If you have the opportunity to go and stay at Antonia's apartment, do not miss it!!!

Antonia’s apartment is an exceptional place to stay. When we arrived it felt like coming home . It is in an ideal situation. It is quiet and spacious. Antonia’s attention to detail makes this a very special find. As for Antonia’s hospitality. She does over and beyond what is expected. She is a genuine and generous host . We love it so much . We are coming back for a month in 2023 !

Paul and I had 3 nights at Anotonia's apartment in Spoleto. What a beautiful place to stay. So full of treasures and staying there gave us a sense of history and wellbeing. . We found the bed very comfortable and the rooms spacious. It was special also to sit up on the terrace in the late afternoon with a glass of wine and admire the view.
We loved the village of Spoleto with its ancient narrow winding streets and found the people extremely friendly and helpful. Antonia gave us some recommendations for restaurants and we went to La Lanterna for dinner one night which was fabulous. We also discovered the travelators and used them a couple of times whe we got tired! Antonia kindly arranged for us to be picked up from the train station which was lovely. Thank you Antonia for letting us experience your beautiful home.

Antonia is a very hospitable and kind hostess. She did everything to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. She even left us all the ingredients and a recipe of Strangozzi alla Spoletina which we tried and they were awesome! The Antonia's house is located in Spoleto old town: it is 5 minutes walk to Piazza del Mercato and about the same time to Duomo di Spoleto. The apartment itself is on the 2d floor and there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your bags up in the stairs. But this actually worth it because the apartment is super cozy and charming: very spacious, comfortable and has a very beautiful rooftop terrace. There is also a well equipped kitchen, so you'll find everything you need to make a make a fresh orange juice, breakfast or cook Strangozzi :). This is definitely the place where I'd like to come back again and I would happy to recommend the Antonia's apartment to anyone who'd like to enjoy the charming atmosphere of this ancient beautiful city.

Casa a pochi passi da porta Monterone - in zona ZTL - ed a 5 minuti dal centro città.

Casa pulitissima e ben tenuta, dotata di tutto quanto occorre per il soggiorno (ci é sembrato di stare a casa nostra!).

Proprietaria disponibilissima e premurosa.

Consigliatissima !
